Welcome to my crib. Thanks for stopping by. There's so much to talk about. What you're most interested in, I guess, is leadership. Leadership has four basic components: vision, competence, confidence, and influence. Remove any one of these basic components and you will have something other than leadership.

On this website you will have access to my approach to leadership and information about the workshops, presentations, training, and coaching that I offer to corporations, businesses, athletes, musicians, entrepeneurs, and especially to churches, ministries, and pastors.

By way of introduction, my approach to leadership is grounded in Spiritual Intelligence. Spiritual intelligence has been variously defined by number of authors from a handfull of perspectives but my basic definition is simply, "The spiritual energy with which we think and act in harmony with the will of God."
